Ronald “Dean” Bryant 66, of Upper Chloe, Pikeville KY., passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center.

Dean was born on May 31, 1953, in Pikeville, KY., to the late Leonard James Bryant & Lula “Tackett” Bryant.
Dean is survived by his loving wife Barbara “Daniels” Bryant, their two children; son, Tracy (Carol) Bryant of Winchester, KY., and daughter; Delena (Chris) Johnson of Pikeville, KY., grandchildren; Joshua “Alex” Bryant & Christy Johnson, and two brothers; Larry (Denise) Bryant, and Greg (Terri) Bryant, nephew; James (Missy) Bryant, niece; Mara Bryant.
Dean graduated from Mullins High School in 1972, he then earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University In 1975. He worked his entire working life for KY WVA Gas Company EQT, for over 40 years. He was a member of the Pike Bass Angler’s Fishing Club. He was dearly loved by his family and friends. Dean was a member of the Cornerstone Christian Church, in Pikeville, KY.,

Family will accept friends for visitation on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 6:00PM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 12:00PM. Inurnment to follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery in Pikeville, KY. Paul Potter will be officiating all services.
